Users may disable the automatic renewal of their subscription at any time from their account or through the subscription management portal.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not interrupt access to the service during the period already paid for.
At the end of the active billing period, the subscription will automatically expire and no further charges will be made.
Users may request deletion of their account at any time directly from the Weenest application.
For security and data protection reasons, the request requires explicit confirmation from the user.
Once confirmed, the account is placed into a pending deletion status.
Account deletion is not performed immediately.
Following a deletion request, the account remains in a pending deletion status for a period of 30 days.
During this period:
During the 30-day recovery period, the account owner may request full restoration of the account.
Once restored, account access and associated data become available again under the normal conditions of the service.
After the recovery period has expired, restoration will no longer be possible.
Certain information may be retained temporarily where a legal or regulatory obligation requires its preservation.
This may include:
Such information will be used solely for compliance with applicable legal obligations.
Thirty days after the account deletion request, and provided that account restoration has not been requested, Weenest will permanently delete the data stored within its systems.
Deletion may include:
Data recovery is only possible during the 30-day recovery period following the account deletion request.
Once permanent deletion has been completed, restoration is no longer available and deleted data cannot be recovered.
Before requesting account deletion, users are encouraged to use the data export functionality available within the application to retain any information they wish to keep.
Permanent account deletion includes the deletion of records stored within Weenest databases.
Certain files stored through third-party technology providers may remain temporarily within technical storage systems until permanent physical deletion mechanisms provided by those providers become available or are executed according to their internal procedures.
Weenest maintains a transparency policy regarding these technical limitations and will update its procedures when permanent physical deletion capabilities become available.
Weenest will not claim that a file stored through third-party technology services has been permanently physically deleted while such functionality is not technically available.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Weenest Privacy Policy.
