Weenest is a digital platform designed to facilitate family organisation, co-parenting coordination and the shared management of important family-related information.

By creating an account or using Weenest services, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
If the user does not agree with these Terms, they must not use the platform.
Each user is responsible for activities carried out through their account.
Weenest reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable laws.
Weenest may offer a fifteen (15) day free trial to new users.
During the free trial period, users may access the features included in the selected subscription plan.
At the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically become active unless cancelled beforehand by the user.
Weenest may offer the following subscription plans:
Current pricing is displayed on the platform at the time of subscription.
There is currently no permanent free plan available.
Payments are processed by Stripe, an independent payment service provider.
The user authorises automatic billing according to the selected subscription plan.
Weenest does not store complete payment card numbers.
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the applicable billing period.
Users may disable automatic renewal at any time through their account or subscription management portal.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not terminate access during the period already paid for.
Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
After that date, the subscription expires automatically and no further charges will be applied.
Unless required by law or in the event of a proven billing error, amounts already paid are non-refundable.
Cancelling a subscription does not entitle the user to a partial refund for any unused portion of an active subscription period.
Users may not use Weenest for:
All software, trademarks, logos, content, interfaces and documentation available through Weenest are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Use of the platform does not grant ownership rights over any Weenest intellectual property.
Weenest makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the service.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, security measures or circumstances beyond Weenest's control.
Weenest provides family organisation and co-parenting tools.
Weenest does not provide legal, psychological, financial or professional advice.
Users remain solely responsible for the information they upload, store or share through the platform.
Users may upload, store and share documents within the Weenest platform in order to support family organisation and the management of co-parenting related information.
Uploaded documents remain available to authorised members of the family group while the account remains active or until they are deleted by an authorised user.
When a document is deleted through the application, it is no longer available to users and no longer counts towards the storage space available to the family account.
Weenest may apply storage and file size limits to ensure the proper operation, security and stability of the service.
Deleting documents from the application removes the associated records from Weenest systems.
Certain files stored through third-party technology providers may remain temporarily within technical storage infrastructures until such providers make available or execute permanent physical deletion mechanisms.
Weenest maintains a transparency policy regarding these technical limitations and will update its procedures when permanent physical deletion capabilities become available.
Weenest will not claim that a file stored through third-party technology services has been permanently physically deleted while such functionality is not technically available.

Weenest may modify these Terms and Conditions to reflect legal, regulatory, technical or operational changes.
Significant changes will be communicated to users with reasonable notice.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the country where the operating entity of Weenest is established.
