Weenest does not knowingly collect data directly from children without the involvement of a legal guardian.

5. Third-party data entered by the user

When using Weenest, the user may record information relating to other people, such as the other parent, family members or authorised contacts. Weenest has a data processing agreement in place with each of these providers in accordance with Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation. An up-to-date list of sub-processors is available on request at contact@weenest.app.

9. Payments and Stripe

All financial transactions carried out through Weenest are processed by Stripe, which may collect and process the information required to execute payments, issue invoices and prevent fraud.

10. Audience measurement

The application uses audience measurement cookies provided by its infrastructure provider, for the sole purpose of understanding how features are used and improving the service. This data is not used for advertising purposes or to build commercial profiles.

Detailed information about these cookies is set out in the Cookie Policy.

11. Data retention

Weenest retains personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with applicable legal obligations and ensure the secure operation of the application. While an account remains active, the associated data may be kept to allow the normal operation of the co-parenting services offered by Weenest.

Users may request the deletion of their account at any time from within the application. The handling of deletion requests, recovery periods and permanent deletion procedures are described in the Weenest Account Deletion and Data Management Policy.

Once the applicable retention periods have expired and the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, it will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with Weenest's internal procedures and applicable law.

12. Information security

Weenest implements technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against loss, destruction, alteration or unauthorised access. In particular:

In the event of a personal data breach that presents a risk to users' rights and freedoms, Weenest will notify the competent supervisory authority and, where applicable, the affected users, in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

13. Automated decision-making

Weenest does not take decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning users or similarly significantly affect them, nor does it carry out profiling for such purposes.

14. Users' rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and may withdraw their consent at any time, in particular the consent relating to the storage of documents containing health data.
